On Wednesday May 26, 2021, we enter the first eclipse season of 2021 with a Lunar Eclipse in Sagittarius. Eclipses occur roughly every 6 months in a series of 2 or 3, each 2 weeks apart, and they are supercharged full and new moons. So what you’d normally feel with a moon will be even more intensified.
Wednesday’s event will be the Sagittarius Super Flower Blood Moon Lunar Eclipse, say that 10 times fast!
Full moons are revealing of what no longer serves us, both as individuals and within the Collective. A lunar eclipse goes even further as an amplified full moon, the effects are setting the stage for the next 6 months until the next eclipse season. They expose what lessons we need to learn as well as our hurts to let go.
The sun is small details oriented Gemini and the moon is in freedom loving Sagittarius. Sagittarius is represented by the centaur, the half human, half horse with a bow and an arrow aimed high above – the learned healer whose knowledge connects heaven and earth.
The energies of Sagittarius include:
- optimism
- freedom
- equality
- honesty
- higher intellect
- travel and adventure
- reaching for the stars
The questions of this eclipse to ask yourself are:
- What do I need to release to gain bigger freedom?
- What is limiting me from my freedom?
- How can I expand my life experiences?
- What do I know?
- What do I need to forgive to allow more greatness into my life?
