Reiki Level 1: What Do You Learn?
Reiki Level 1 is a gentle introduction to a wonderful system of expanding our awareness to the higher realms of love, peace, bliss, self acceptance among many other wonderful qualities. It is a first step along a potentially lifelong path of having an enhanced connection to the Universal Life Force Energy.
A Level 1 Reiki class includes the following:
- Placement, a ceremony in which you are attuned to Reiki.
- History of Reiki from 1922 with Usui Sensei to present day with Holy Fire® Reiki.
- Guided meditation journeys to connect with Reiki.
- Techniques to reveal your unique way of experiencing Reiki through your senses. We are all unique and we each experience Reiki in our own way.
- A guided Self-Reiki treatment.
- Honor and reverence for the traditional roots of Usui Reiki with learning various Japanese Reiki techniques.
- And finally, an amazing connection to the Divine and the Universal Life Force Energy that flows through all living things and the revealing of your Authentic Self, who you are truly meant to be.
